The finned heat exchanger. frequent-used heat exchanger of HVAC devices. is mainly composed of heat exchange tubes, enhanced heat exchange fins, tube assembly and auxiliary sheet metal parts. It exchanges heat driven by heat transfer temperature difference of fluid between internal and external side of heat exchange tubes.

FEATURES

•  Fin material: Light aluminum foil, hydrophilic aluminum foil, anti-corrosion aluminum foil and copper foil, etc.                                                             

•  Product coating: Nano-coating, spray paint, plastic spray and electrophoresis and other surface treatment processes

•  Assembly type: Copper tube, carbon steel tube and stainless steel tube are custom-designed

•  Structure: Flat.-shaped. U-shaped.G-shaped bending. etc.

•  Fins types: Flat, blind, bridge and corrugated plates, etc. to meet efficient heat transfel needs in various industries

•  Copper tube specifications:Φ5、Φ7.94、Φ9.52、Φ12.7、Φ15.88mm etc.


OPERATION CONDITION

•   Applicable Refrigerants: R32, R134a, R410A, R22, R290, R407C, R404A, R454B, R448A, R513A.water, and CO2, etc.

•  Ambient Temperature:-40℃ ~ 72℃(-40℉ to 161.6 ℉ )

•  Medium Temperature:-40°C to 150°C (-40°F to 302°F)  

•  Storage Temperature: -40℃ ~ 121℃(-40℉ to 250 ℉ )

•  Maximum Working Pressure:4.5MPa(high pressure refrigerant),3.5MPa(low pressurerefrigerant),9MPa(CO2 evaporator side)


Condenser

Operation conditions: Dry/wet bulb temperature TD/TW=35℃/24℃, condensing temperature TC=48℃,exhaust air superheating degree tdsh=25K,outlet subcooling degree tsh=5K;

Refrigerants:R410A,and other refrigerants can be customized.
